An honest time window and a clear price, confirmed against your actual car — not a vague "from" that changes on the day.
- 03We arrive and do the work
Water, power and everything else comes with us. A pH-neutral foam pre-wash and two-bucket hand wash; wheels, tyres and shuts; decontamination where the paint needs it; protection topped up; then a full interior reset — vacuum, surfaces, glass. You can watch or get on with your day.
- 04A walkthrough at the end
We walk you around the finished car and give plain advice on keeping it that way until we see it next.

We're not a franchise running a city-wide roster; we're two people who keep a tight patch so we can be the ones who know your car. If you're nearby and not on the list, just ask.

The Eastern Suburbs — Bondi, Bronte, Vaucluse, Double Bay, Rose Bay, Woollahra, Bellevue Hill, Paddington, Coogee, Randwick — and the Inner West, including Balmain and Newtown. Nearby and not listed? Just ask.
What do you need from me?
A flat, shaded spot to work — a driveway, carport or off-street space. A tap or power point nearby helps, but we'll confirm exactly what's needed when we book, so there's nothing to figure out on the day.
How long does it take?
A maintenance Refresh is usually 1.5–2.5 hours; a full Signature detail is around half a day. We work to a standard, not a clock, and give you a realistic window when we confirm.
Do I need to be home?
Only to let us in and settle the spot — after that you're welcome to watch or carry on with your day. Many clients like seeing the work happen; your car never leaves your sight either way.
